This course is aimed at people who are interested in seeking employment in the RETAIL, CUSTOMER SERVICES & HOSPITALITY SECTOR.
The RETAIL & CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAMME allows participants to expand their prospects of employment in the Retail, Hospitality and Customer Care sector (call centres etc.). The content includes RETAIL & CUSTOMER SERVICES TECHNIQUE/PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE/CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION/POS – RETAIL PAY PROCEDURES/PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS/BEST PRACTICES UTILISED IN SELLING.
The aim of the training is to provide the knowledge and skills which will be both useful and beneficial in any Retail & Customer Service environment. It will enhance the learner’s prospects of entering this sector with the confidence and competence to work at a high level.
Course commences 22nd Feb until 15th March, 2017, every Tues/Wed/Thurs from 10am to 1pm
