PEIL (Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020) is a three year project which aims to support women in the home who are currently not receiving a welfare payment and are interested in working outside the home.
The objective of the Programme is to support these individuals to develop relevant skills and access personal development training and to support them on a one-to-one basis into gaining employment.
The training will involve:
- Personal Effective in the Workplace
- C.V. Preparation/Application forms completion and Interview Skills
- Workshops involving work specific skills training e.g. Customer Care/Retail Skills/Customer Advisor Sills/Hospitality/Reception Skills and Computer Skills
