Local Employment Service LES
Cork City Local Employment Service has been operated by Cork City Partnership since 1996. The LES is committed to assisting unemployed people to progress towards employment by responding to their individual needs for training, education and access to employment opportunities.
Our supports focus on Long Term Unemployed People (more than one year out of employment), that are referred by the Department of Social Protection under the National Employment Action Plan.

These services are provided within 7 community based locations in Cork City and is therefore able to provide a gateway for its clients to access other resources and links in the community. Clients are referred from the Department of Social Protection. Each office is staffed by a Specialised Mediator and an Information Services Officer to assist you to find the right job.
