SICAP Small Grant for Local Community Groups 2023

The 2023 Small Grants Scheme under the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is open to community and voluntary groups in the Cork City area (pre 2019 boundary) who are working to promote social inclusion and address disadvantage.

These grants are intended to help community and voluntary groups who support SICAP target groups.

SICAP Target Groups:
People living in Disadvantaged Areas Disadvantaged Young People (15 to 24 years) Disadvantaged Children & Families
Low Income Workers/

Households

People with Disabilities (including those with mental health challenges) The Disengaged from

the Labour Market

(Economically Inactive)

Disadvantaged Women Travellers The Unemployed
New Communities Roma Lone Parents
Older People
