The 2026 Small Grants Scheme under the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is open to Social Enterprises in the Cork City area who are working to promote social inclusion and address disadvantage.

Social Enterprise SICAP Small Grant Scheme 2026 APPLICATION FORM – Fill out form

Please read the CCP SICAP Small Grant Guidelines 2026 before completing the APPLICATION FORM. 

• The Maximum grant available is €2,500 and the minimum available is €500.
• Applicants will need to demonstrate they can provide at least 20% of the total expenditure.
• Social Enterprises must contain fewer than 10 people, i.e. microenterprises.

Examples of eligible costs for Social Enterprise Grants include:

• Short term training on book-keeping, regulation, rollout of business plan, start your own business and courses of training related to the start-up;
• Signage compliance, guidance and training;
• Public liability insurance costs associated with setting up a Social Enterprise;
• Business mentoring;
• Business registration costs and fees;
• Upgrading to premises where the premises is owned by the applicant;
• Website registration, production and support;
• Advertising and marketing aids.

The applications will be assessed in line with the following key considerations:

• Clear identification of need
• Focus on SICAP target groups
• Provision of clear and accurate costings
• Fits within the criteria
